After reviewing Town laws,speaking with Lawyers,and taking into consideration the madness,noise,police,and mayhem of last years Pot Luck picnic and after long serious thought, it is with a heavy heart, that I am forced to make a decision that will quite possibly upset more than just a few of you...In no way is my decision meant to be personal in any way toward anyone...It just has to be this way in order for the party to happen...the world we live in is a different place in comparison to the "old days" of all night renegade parties that raged loud and unchecked with very little consequences for promoters,performers,attendees, and property owners...
So with all that being said>>>

Isn't that what a "pot luck" should be?
we need: artists,clean-up crews-parking attendants-stage hands-etc.
***Sign ups for volunteers starts April 1st.***
*Our reasoning for these decisions is simple...If the attendance of the party is below a certain number of people the noise factor decreases along with a laundry list of other factors that could and most likely would end in police involvement,possible arrests, & the event being shut down....
We are not happy with this decision but unfortunately no other alternative could be found to remedy the problem...
For those who cant make it for the final hoorah...

I cant sum up in words the magnitude of how much i loved doing this little party each year...To those who have supported Pot Luck with your time,energy,art,mischief, and talent over the last decade,

we have taken down much of the details for this event on Upstate underground Network simply to keep the event as "hush-hush" as possible...on the D.L.!!!
