The DJ Odi is one of New York City's original old school jungle DJs. He's known for developing the hipstep style or what some call jump-up. Odi got his start at the famous NASA parties of NYC in 1992 where he later became a resident. As his skills grew he began to spin nationally in 1995 with such well known and respected DJs as DB, On-E, Jason Jinx, Mr. Kleen, Frankie Bones, Adam X, Heather Heart, Micro, Richie Hawtin, Craze, Blueline, Phantom 45, Danny the Wildchild, Freaky Flow, J-Smooth, AK1200, Hazeus, Sniper, Mystical Influence, and the list goes on. Odi's even shared the decks with such UK legends as Trace, Ed Rush, Andy C, Darren J, DJ SS, Aphrodite, DJ Rap, Roni Size, Krust amongst others.
Odi's skills don't stop at his sick mixes. He's know throughout for his crazy scratching methods that leave even the trickiest DJ awestruck. Another accreditation to Odi's name as a solid old schooler is the fact that he was the first junglist accepted into the ZULU Nation.
Odi pushes his craft to larger levels by co-founding his new crew G-Force, which consists of the forces of Reid Speed, Datcyde, Kazpa, Jo-S and Atray-U, accented by MCs TC Islam and Posi-D. All this creation lies on the basis of his successful foundation of New York's Digital Konfusion. With the backing of DKNY he produced the legendary NYC outlaw track "Defying the Tribes". Odi's production history goes back to tracks he made in 1996: "Anthem" on the Jungle Sky Vol. 2, "Naughty Ride Remix"- Jungle Sky Recordings, "I Don't Know" EP- BML in 1997 and "Carbon Copies" on Jungle Sky Vol. 6 in 1999. He keeps his skills fresh by working on jungle, house, breaks, and hip-hop tracks in his studio in addition to dubplates played by himself, Dread, Sniper, and the G-Force crew.
Odi plans to one day start his own record label but for now uses G-Force tracks, progressive mixing and diverse track selection to set trends and keep the sound of modern jungle alive and crowds bouncing.

DJ IXL first came up through the battle scene in 1998 when he made his markby innovating a specific Beat Juggling style, using only the up-faders on the mixer. He brought a whole new sound the influenced today's top turntablists all over the world. His technique has got him into the I.T.F. U.S.A. Finals and controversial DMC World Supremacy East Coast runner up. Besides known to take out heads in major battle competitions. IXL has rocked raves and turntablist events. He DJ'ed for Gza of Wu-Tang Clan and toured with Jimmy Cozier from label J Records. IXL also experiments with synching the turntables with video. He produced original music for a LUGZ Boots Commercial, Utilizing different scratch patterns for all the action sound effects. And with his partner DJ Excess the I.T.F scratching category champion they score a feature length Kung-Fu Movie.A project created by John Carluccio of Battle Sounds titled Hop-Fu has been on the rise. With performances in collages in the U.S., The Bronx Museum and reviews in magazines like The Source and several others.
