oohh see the pretty colors? How about those precise eq's, I bet you could make any system thump
with that bass eq. At one point the touch screen fader didn't even work and then it just jumped all the way to the top.
I bet that would sound great in a club especially since he doesn't even have to beatmatch.
This is the future for djs that cant dj. |

that's the most ridiculous waste of computing ever.... a 2000 laptop next to a 700 dollar HUGE ASS iPhone running a midi app...
That 2000 dollar laptop could run all sortsa peripherals that are 20x more intuitive and ergonomic, but because it's an iPad i'm supposed to be impressed? I gotta go with "Novelty" on this, as the iPad is just going to get more and more features, and take the place of the laptop itself... Then all the "I gotta have it cause it's APPLE" honks out there will spend 50 bucks on a kickstand for their iPad so they don't have to bend their necks.
And why do iPad's NOT have a usb port? (prolly cause they're waiting to put one on the new one's that'll come out in a year...)
EDIT: Just do this on an iPod touch and save yourself 500 bucks.... |

| Hmm looks like another run of the mill control surface. Not the wave of the future by any means, and it looks restrictive. Also the eq's and volume control seem to be unstable. Usually I'm open to any new gear but this really doesn't seem to do anything special, also I don't like that you have to change the screen from the main control to the play-list ect. Plus he was running the same loop for 9 minutes....cant be that great. |
