I went to an attorney back in March and inquired about how we could "stay off the radar" with the local police in regards to Pot Luck Picnic 10...
my argument is simple...If it were a few hundred nudists or orgy enthusiasts on private land it would be non of their damn bizzness...but you give those same people speakers and the will to use them its a crime???wtf???!!!
i am a firm believer in freedom my friends...and a truth that people need to be constantly reminded of in this country is: There is no such thing as a little freedom...you are either ALL free or You are NOT free...period.
the sad truth is...your rights end where other peoples begin...thats how things are in this dying world...

So the Lawyer advised me that i should make extra sure to adhere to basic attendance rules plus respecting noise Laws in Cayuga County (11pm)...no glass,no pets,no MINORS,no weapons or bullshit,etc.etc.etc.
plus> keep attendance at a reasonable low level somewhere in the under 200 heads range...So i gave 47 artists/friends/brothers/sisters/family a golden VIP pass + 3 extras each to give to whomever they want...
(if they all show up?)thats nearly 200!!!
Not all of these lucky individuals will be on site for the final picnic at one time...people have jobs,children,responsibilities,etc...a few have other previous engagements and other events to bounce out to...ie:DEMF in Detroit...Blues,Brews,BBQs in Cuse...Sterling Stage Fest in Hannibal,NY...
other simply have to leave due to work related crappola...

Anyone who came out to "shine my shoes" and help out for the pre-event cleanup and decorating crews earned a Golden Ticket for themselves......which is what a "Pot Luck" should be...everyone coming together for the greater good...
Some very special individuals that are not just my friends but more my family got tix just for bein who they are...love ya!!!
This will be my last message post on Upstate Underground before the final Pot Luck Picnic...Ive been posting this little bash on here for a decade now...Big ^UPS^ to MJ Duke and everyone else who is responsible for UU.net...I coudn't have done it without ya...
1 more time Id like to express my love and respect to everyone who has been a part of the Spring Bash these last 10 years...Thank You so much...

Due to the unfortunate passing of my grandfather I will not be in attendance this weekend. Thanks Lab for the slot, I wish I could make it out, but unfortuatley this trumps anything else happening. I'm sorry to inconvience you in anyway. I hope every goes well, I have a few tickets if anyone in utica needs any let me know. I know the D.I krew rolls deep so, if you guys need em let me know.
