| he is very much involved in the LSD exploration to. 3rd eye type stuff. Hippie is just a bs label people who dont understand just place on certain people. Alex is a innovator and mind traveler. A lot of what the psytrance scene pushes to. |

Alex Grey is a weird but cool mofo though .....lol. I met him once in Arkansas. He was giving his life story and I got to talk with him and Daniel Pinchbeck a little bit after. At that time I didn't know there was an Allyson, I was only familiar with Alex, so I kinda didn't pay any attention to her lol :-x

| cult of what? Art and mind alteration lol. I have met Alex and know people who work with him. Never once thought they were a cult lol. They are a huge part of the art scene. Im with you phungeye I have been sucked in by the close minded once again lol. If someone can explain how its a cult vs a art movement I would like to learn more. |

It's not a cult, Alex Grey has been on the contemporary art scene for decades, I thought pretty much everyone knew about him after his TOOL cover art. His works is quite brilliant and to imply that he is part of a cult is extremely insulting and ignorant. Stupid people place labels upon things they cannot understand. |

I did message my buddy who works with alex and see if he will come here and shed some light on this thread. I doubt it haha but you never know lol
