who the hell nicknames a friend "jazzy bear"? I hope it wasn't a dude friend. And I hope you're not originally from Sidel:

We had chosen a theme that had the children filling plastic animals with candy that looked like play sand. We had 7 children and they took all of 5 minutes to squirt candy into the containers. There was no music or fun, or hostess involved in this process. The other adults at the party took pity on the birthday girl and started their own games to keep her occupied. We looked around for our hostess and got her to cue Jazzy Bear. My four year old was not happy with Jazzy Bear so we requested that "Jazzy go to sleep". Instead of continuing the music and dancing, they turned everything off and stood around until prompted to start the cake and birthday song. Once that was done they had the children pull their animal off the wall and line up to get them stuffed.
Instead of engaging each child to make a wish and help them with their bear they just had them pick a token from the basket, place it in the animal and then they stuffed them with no help from the children. They offered us an additional half hour, which would be a further waste of their time and our money. When we confronted management, they said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do for us. We decided to deduct the deposit amount from the final bill.
They are currently pursuing a warrant for my arrest, due to the alleged theft of $50.00 - BEWARE OF BOOKING ANYTHING WITH JAZZY BEAR OF SLIDELL!! You might be next.
