Take a problem you may be having right now, one that requires that you make a choice. 15 Minute Manifestation Now close your eyes and take a deep relaxing breath. Simply say out loud to yourself, "I want to know which is the best choice." After doing that, visualize yourself in one choice. Play out that scenario in the best and most possible way. Then when you are done also play out the second choice in the best possible way. Give no more than a few minutes to each choice. After you are done examine your feeling about each. How did each one make you feel? Each one has a distinct feeling. One would feel much more joyful and more positive while the other may seem less of a good choice.

Its that feeling place that you want to be aware of all the time. The more you do this exercise the stronger your ability will be that you don't need to close your eyes or spend much time on it. What you are aiming for is the ability to tap into that feeling place automatically. As you play with asking yourself the question of how you feel about once thing or another your ability to sense grows stronger and not only will you be able to sense if a thing will be favourable or not you will then be able to predict outcome. Full thoughts and images will enter into your awareness and you will be amazed by your new ability to know. The inner feeling will become stronger and it will guide you all the time.
