All I can say is the party rocked it too all forms. The look of the venue, you couldn't even tell it was trexx's. People shoulder to shoulder. thats how they all should be. The promoting and intrest everyone took helped so much. I saw faces I thought I'd never see. Every DJ spun great sets....but you have to give it up to Micheal Parkay....what away to go into josh.....parkay got the crowd so into it. It was sick. Way to go mikey you def. deserved it bro. all I can say it was a f'n blast.

| there was something about squeezing through a tiny door with hundreds of different people getting room-to-room that brought me back to old warehouse parties, i forgot i was in a club. this rave (and i do mean rave) was amazing, everything seemed to go off well. |

Well... my voice is gone, I'm slightly hungover, my legs and feet hurt... this party was killer! I haven't had that much fun in soooo long! Stakka was killer, Annalyze had me groovin'... And I got to talk to Stakka for like 5 seconds... just to tell him that he's been sick as hell every time I've seen him (I think this was time number 6) Definately one of my favorite DJs to see, cause he never disappoints!
And the people! I saw soooo many people I that I hadn't seen in forever! Plus, I saw a lot of new faces, too... which is great! All in all an awesome night. Props to Mr. Tah for yet another stellar event! Next time ya'll see that dude give him a thumbs up, a nod, or even a high five... cause he definately deserves it! |

| Man, I couldn't sleep last night cause I was thinking about this party. I came down with a fever and shit and I still almost went, but I knew I wouldn't enjoy myself. Good thing I stayed home as I'm feeling aweful today. Sounds like this one was a party not to be missed. Glad things went down as they should! |

that was fuckin awesome!!! i'd like to thank todd for allowing me the privilege to host .... i was honored to announce mike parkay, david christoper 'Deviant' and of course Josh the Funky 1!! kemp and sean, yo...... you guys were fuckin ill too! i think the 2 of you will make techno cool for everyone again!! great job guys
and now a little shameless self promotion (yeah i know, wrong forum)
but to everyone who was there, were you down? would you like more BFSHM? let me know... dis me, praise me, i want honest opinions cuz i'd love to do this again for everyone if you think it would add to your future party ventures! i'm in it to help better your experiences, keep you pumped but most importantly PROPS TO THE DJS! they're the ones who are really getting it going and i'd like to continue supporting them like i did last nite and keep supporting all the kids you faithfully come out event after event. the biggest rush for me last nite was seeing everyone staring at the stage waiting for josh... seeing 300+ kids smiling and jammin out was spectacular and as selfish as i know i'm coming off, i want to see that again! thanks for your support and remember: SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL DJS!

This was a fucking great time! Todd, amazing job putting this together, and making it run smoothly. Nate.. you kept the main room pumped up every time you grabbed the mic, nice work... and thanks for the T-shirt :-)
The Night started off great, funny car ride up from Ithaca, soon as we walked in the door, some dude started fivin' and huggin' me saying "holy shit man you're a big dude, how tall are you? you're the man, you go in ahead of me" lol..shit makes me laugh every time.
Props to all the DJ's, everyone threw down for sure. I spent most of the night in the Main room, and it was a great vibe all nite. I gotta say, Parkay threw DOWN..nice one brova! I like Josh the Funky 1, and I've seen him a few times before, but I wanted more Parkay!!
Deviant gave me just what I wanted w/ his progressive set at the end of the nite... just killer. I'm not sure if I met everyone I was supposed to meet, but I was the 6'9'' big black dude, in a red shirt so say what's up next time!!
Oh yea.. one last thing... Last night, I think I met my future wife in the main room... Now I just have to hang out w/ her again!

I am a cynical bastard, but here is my review:
I was really surprised at the turnout. Keep in mind I haven't been so active in the scene in a little over two years, so I was really in touch with things. It's a little good to know that things are picking up and the party went well.
I saw a lot of people I haven't seen in quite a while which was nice.
I couldn't stand the banana flavored smoke machine in the second room, I understand the purpose of smoke, but at times the room filled so much you could barely see. And the system in there was cutting out during Reid Speeds set and she was getting pissed. I think I am going to go blind with all the lasers shooting me in the eye .
All in all, more than I expected. Decent event.
On the way, home I got pulled over after messing with a ricer. I was doing about 140mph. No ticket though because the cop couldn't prove it was me. So lucky, pretty sure it's a felony to be going so fast, and I would have ended up in jail. So, I am definitely thankful for that. |

| Plume, Silas, Mike, Sean and I would like to thank everyone from the first person though the door to the last person to leave, (I think it might have been the same person.. because everyone danced all night!) This is only the first event of very many for us as Vibe 315.. Through many snags we were able to pull this together. It was absolutely worth every single second of stress! See people old and new, first timers and raver vets in one place with one vibe! Truely amazing! A goal accomplished to say the least. I don't think I saw one single person not having a good time. First let me thank my partners, Silas, Mike Parkay, Plume, Sean Place.. I love you guys! I wouldn't have traded working with you for anything in the world! Special thanks to each of our personal support groups and girlfriends that helped out with this! Thanks to Tom, Peter, Nate, Ganixx, Steve-e, Tim, Dave, Dave from gear and everyone else who helped this event event explode like it did! It wasn't just like Trexx at it's prime.. No, It was like the scene at it's prime.. I had a great time. Be sure to join us for our next event when we bring you TC Islam, Wize, Knowledge, James Miller Junior and Fame. So Feel the VIBE as in touches down on May 28th at the Mezzanote Lounge! Thanks once again for an unforgettable night! |
