Elemental Harmonics (Electronica / Dnb / http://www.elementalharmonics.com / Atl)
Elemental Harmonics is a four piece ensemble from Atlanta, Georgia with a fresh vision of music. Drawing inspiration from the roots of dub, drum n' bass, house, funk, hip hop, and jazz they create a dynamic blend of harmonic textures, percolating melodies, and phat danceable beats. Tastefully blending computer generated sounds and live sequencing, with improvisation and song structure, EH gives way to a space where nature and technology find peace. With three multi-instrumentalists utilizing computers, guitar, bass, keys, and percussion, and a drummer using both acoustic and electronic hardware, the band manifests one telepathic vision of massive elemental creation. Elemental Harmonics is an intensely relevant statement of sound sure to get any crowd moving...and thinking.

SHY FX (Jungle / HipHop / Ebony Recordings / www.digitalsoundboy.com / Uk)
Shy FX crashed the British pop charts in mid-1994 with "Original Nuttah," one of the most infectious ragga/jungle anthems of all time. Though the success proved a bit too much for him, he built his reputation back over the course of a few years and became one of jungle's most respected producers. Born in East London, Andre Williams debuted on S.O.U.R. Records (Sound of the Underground) with two 1994 singles, "Gangsta Kid" and "Sound of the Beast." His third for the label, "Original Nuttah," perfectly epitomized jungle's growing ragga-ruffneck style, with a light-speed rhythm track and rude-boy scatting from UK Apachi. Almost immediately after its release, the single ignited dance clubs, flew out of the stores, and eventually made the British charts.
Shy FX released just one more single for S.O.U.R., then virtually disappeared for several years after a major-label deal fell through. He finally emerged at the helm of his own label, Ebony, and with a growing list of tight singles like "The Message" and "Bambaataa," kinetic jump-up fusions of ragga attitude and old-school hip-hop themes. Shy FX also set up another label, Ivory, to release steady rollers by the likes of the 45 Roller -- almost undoubtedly Shy himself despite protests to the contrary.

Josh "The Funky 1" hails from Chicago, the home of House Music. A DJ for over 12 years, Josh blends a unique style of funky house, tech-house and breaks, while incorporating ill-scratching and turntable trickery. His new release on Funktion Recordings "Universal Sound" has been receiving global recognition by both US and Uk charts. A favorite performer in Syracuse Josh never dissapoints his crowd and always puts on an amazing performance. Be prepared to witness true turntable mastery!

These two playa's have been rocking beats for over a decade. Come prepared to see some of the illest scratching and turntable trickery you have ever laid eyes on. A life long lover of the electronic scene, Dose the alien's name has entertained the masses from US and Canada since 1995. His fusion of progressive house and trance have blown up dancefloors now for over a decade. Dose's latest projects include remixes of "Showdown" by Britney Spears, "Extraordinary Machine" by The Giver, "Emotion" by Soren LaRue, and "Fantasy" by Don Stone. Recently signed onto VisionaryMindz recordings/managment djNicksilva! is a name to look out for in 2006!
