swan's flyer was dope! people rip off artists and copyrighted material all the time in the rave scene, how many flyers has everyone seen in their time as a raver. come on...
not in the sense where they take someone's art work and call it their own but like how swan just did. i thought there were going to be some changes to the flyer before it went to print anyway. what the fuck is going on with that? |

For sabotage, I scanned the cover of some car magazine w/ a HOT azn on it, then stretched it along the x-axis to expand it to flyer length.
WHAT IS SO WRONG WITH THAT?!

nooo, no one ever rips off artwork for rave flyers! neeeever. =)
although they are right the legal implications are there, but I doubt hunter S thomspson is going to care considering his current state: dead. =) |

i was just pointing out the obvious, that he ripped off steadmans art for the flyer. but. i could really care less, as every flyer is derivitive of something else, that or just out right stolen...
...its all beside the point antways; we are using djinns flyer end of story

the back will b up 2day or 2nite.....we had a minor typo on the back, hypermaster blaster hype-in out shit likea natural disaster....WOOOAH............yah its tru we're going with djin's flyer shits fresh as fuck.....swan i liked what u had but we r in a time crunch now n thats how the cookie crumbled, not to say yours isnt dope.....perhaps we could have you do the badges? we'll b in contact untill then as woo would say.......go rave something |

| wait a sec, that wasnt the final design...i have ralph steadmans signature on it to pay hamage to the jeanous....that was a font that i bought, you guys think i dont know about copyright, remember xmas.i think and aparently a few others do to, that my design was much doper, plus they didnt see the badges i was going to do for everyone. much respect to ralph steadman. i think he would have been honored to be on the flyer. anyway if u guys are afraid i guess better luck next time. o and if ur wonderin kogz, he told both of us to design one, and hed choose witch one they like. WEAK. at least i get to spin. |

| Ok I wasn't going to say anything but...You really can't do that legally, you have to have written permission to use other peoples art work. It's hard to say how he would feel about it but I can take a guess that he wouldn't be too happy about it. I'm not trying to be a dick but you really should know what your talking about in terms of copy write laws just to cover your own ass. Anyway, lets try to avoid the massive amount of drama that we have seen in the past and just move on because the point is Get Bent! is putting together a sick party. |
