| well i was trying to be helpful. my crew is doing one of the rooms for this party, our logo is on the thread and the flyer, im on the bill, and alot of my boys are being represented by this thread, so whats the deal? u dont give a fuck about the thread? i want to be represented as being more official than have having a fucking chatroom thread about this party, sorry... |

however, some people in DI do use prepaid phones or dont have phones...this is just another way to communicate for them.
I dont have that problem. I just pay a 70 dollar bill every month :( |

back to the party. i spoke to tricky pat recently, hes more then pumped to be coming down for this. the djs we had from vt for bat country went back home with nothing but good things to say about our scene. hes got tunes forthcoming so prepare for some heavy ass tech dnb dubs !!!! |

speaking of get bent....ive tried to get ahold of people in real life, but to no avail....who should i talk to about decor....hammy? stoo? last i talked to stoo he wanted to fill the room with sand lol....get at me get bent :) do u guys have fliers yet? i need some meself.....

yo on the real though,....i just realized this party is still 2 months away. lol.
We really gotta stop posting these a year and a half in advance because people get worked up when it becomes the place to insert a dirty joke.
IMO: this thread would be even more annoying if it were 25 pages of "THIS PARTY IS GONNA BE SO SICK OMG,OMG, HYPE HYPE, I'M COMING!!! UUUNNNGGGHHHH!!!"

I see your point. As I stated, this post doesn't really matter in terms of promotions. It does to some extent, but people can plainly see what it is about simply by clicking on the first page. In fact, as I reply to this message I can see the first page below my response... All the information is provided in an organized, detailed and professional matter. I wouldn't expect ANYONE to read the 17 pages in between- and again I wouldn't worry too much about losing turnout because people are communicating on this thread. There is no negativity, (except for the nates trolling back on page...16?) which would be more hurtful than anything.
Again Hammy, I feel you. As this event gets closer to the date I think it will become more about the actual event. This is really the smallest thing to pick about, I guess you can't make everyone happy though. Sorry if this bothers you but really you have nothing to worry about boss.  |
