its cool all you need to do is lug the bass bins in for the 2nd and third room, also the cinder blocks in the basement you can carry up stairs. 
I agree w. what swanson said- We did focus on getting the "out of towners" the best timeslots, anything else is just how the cookie crumbles sometimes. I play opening slots gladly.. I don't feel there is any lack of organization, just some ppl being slightly over critical, which is fine. I do apologize to those who got early slots, I swear we did the best we could to make everyone happy!
