| Wow.. Did some mailouts and it's official.. Tickets have been sold in states from here down to Virginia, up to Mass & CT over to the Midwest and up into Canada.. Upstate New York, This is your time to shine. Get out there.. Get your tickets. You already bought up all the Super Early Birds.. At this rate.. The event might sell out.. Quikk Fixx has done so 6 out of the 9 previous years.. You don't be left out if we do sell out. This could be the last party of it's kind and certainly of this size. |

maybe i'm all hopped up on loods... but i was checking the website of the venue and it looks like max cap is ~400. With 300 in the main room and ~80 in the other rooms.
Is this right?
Or am I just faded right meow? |

absolutely not the case. it looked small on the website until we went in and did a walk through. Which- we had to do several times ourselves and with the town of salina guy (cant remember his name) He gave us a number of a little above 1000 that we would have to cap it off at. Those are his official numbers to us. The main room (ballroom) is really big alone.
Maybe you were looking at the part of the website for "weddings" and such? Those numbers are for seated events, with tables, food, dancing ect.. Tables and chairs take up lots of space. =) |
