Thanks again everyone for your support!! The final Sunday Night Chillout Sessions was awesome. I was exhausted the next day, but it was sooooooo worth it!
In addition, it looks like Rob will *probably* be playing the after-party for Lukus Wells' CD release party in 2 weeks (if the owners have made up their minds, that is)... so for anyone who is interested, come join us on Feb 21! There should be a good crowd. |

Lukus Wells CD Release After Party! - Binghamton, NY
February 21, 2010
After months of “is it out yet?” and “where can I get a copy?” the day is finally here—Lukus Well’s debut album “Diagonal” is out in stores (and online), so it’s time to celebrate the release AND do good for a great local cause.
On February 21st, you’re invited to enjoy great live music, good (strong) drinks, and close friends for a benefit release party that will donate 100% of the ticket price (10 bucks—cheap!) to the Southern Tier AIDS Program.
4 PM
DOORS OPEN @ Tranquil Bar/Bistro and cocktails are served… Enjoy the delicious “Diagonal-tini”, named in honor of Lukus’s brand-spankin’ new album. (OK, it’s not exactly catchy, but you come up with something better.)
5 PM
A LIVE MINI-CONCERT. Lukus Wells will perform selections from his new CD (plus a few favorites you already know/love) with the help of the extraordinarily gifted bluegrass band “Driftwood” and the tremendously talented Janelle Daddona. More special guest will be announced—we’re still scheming.
7 PM
THE AFTER-PARTY BEGINS. At 7. We know, it’s pretty early for an after party. But some of us have to actually work on Monday. DJ Space One “on the 1’s and 2’s” (isn’t that how the kids say it?) bringing you the best chill tunes this side of the Chenango. Enjoy an evening of low-key but still somewhat lively music as we toast Lukus’s accomplishment.

| Something tells me I should plan on coming in to work late on Monday morning... ha! This is gonna be sick. :) FYI, the main event should actually be pretty good too. Driftwood is a great local bluegrass band, they are fantastic, and have quite a following! So does Lukus. I think we'll have a solid crowd that sticks around well into the evening. |
