nice with wall mount monitor.... i always wanted to get a big screen and throw it on one of those swinging arms wall mounts as a 2nd monitor for the serato setup.... Do you use a separate comp for serato or do you use the same one for for everything? |

I have a seperate lap top that I travel with. With the addition of the mixdeck I dont even bring serato out anymore. Just load all the music I want onto thumb drives or cds. |

TY... i'm toying with the idea of selling the transformer ones and starting over... I stand to make a little profit off of them if i get at the VERY LEAST 400 for each one...
After that i'll just start over and do a different theme for my main two decks... Was thinkin Mars v Venus or maybe a set of 3 using the Cereal monsters as a theme... (count chocula, Frankenberry and Boo Berry) still not sure, however i'm positive that i want to play with the transformers for a while before i potentially move them.... |

Thanks! It was real cheap too, total price was around 1000 (but I bought incrementally so the cost of the CPU/mobo/ram upgrade was only 650, as I already had the video card, HD and PSU). |

that's the way to do it, i did mine the same way in '07 and it ran me around 650-7. Still running XP on it so i don't need to amp it up with more than the 3 GB of RAM i have currently, but i'd like to throw matching vid cards in it and watching the pixels cruise. Those i7 chips are fast as hell in laptops, i'd love to see it run in a desktop with the more efficient cooling and all... |
